Summary:
The family continues to wait for Sala to come home on vacation. Raizel is especially distressed that visitors from the camp to Sosnowiec failed to give regards to Sala from the family (or is it the other way around?) and that Sala knows the reason, though she suggests that Sala pretends not to know why.

Dear Sala, Waiting, waiting... waiting and meanwhile it's been the third time, we've been addressing you. If only you knew, how many are expecting all of you to come here this week... or giving up hope. By the looks of it, you'll be coming unannounced and that will be fine also. Oh Sala! When? When? Well anyway, the card you sent us isn't as the others and it shows that you won't come on vacation. Maybe you forgot to tell us about it? Or did you want to give us a nice "niespodzianka" [surprise?]? That would be nice. Dear Sala, did you ask the people going on vacation to give your regards? Well, we did the same, only.. only they didn't extend them. Why, you'll have to come in person and we'll explain. Besides, I think you understand quite well or else you pretend not to understand. Please don't mention this again, because it's very painful for us to talk about it. We will talk in person. Now Sala, what's new with you? Write more. Don't worry about us, everything is as usual. We are well and long to seeing you soon. How is Miss Ala doing? Have you received our regards from her? Listen to her [lit. be obedient] because she is completely [100%] loyal and devoted to you. Now we're sending you warmest regards and kisses, from our dear parents, sister, husband and children. Best regards to Miss Ala and also the Pacha family. [Rozia]
